I'm Chenese. I saw this constantly, at home in St. Vincent and across the region, and the thought that stayed with me was blunt: they deserve better, and so do the people trying to find them.
So in 2026 I founded Balanced by Necy, the practice I kept wishing existed. I build brand strategy and digital presence for Caribbean and diaspora brands, the fashion and beauty makers especially, and the tourism businesses that carry the region's name.
The work runs from strategy down to the unglamorous detail: review engines, business profiles, booking platforms, content systems that survive past month three.
